- We can only proceed with orders once we receive a deposit of 50% total order value.
Please note - this amount is non-refundable.
- If the total order value is less than £100.00, we will require payment in full.
- Any remaining balance will be due prior to the despatch of your order; we will send an invoice to advise you of this.
- Payment is by cheque or postal order.
- We ask for a maximum of 4 weeks to complete your order starting from when we received your confirmed proofs. An express service is available on request.
- You are responsible for proof reading your stationery, we will send proofs for you to check/amend and confirm all details are correct.
- Any mistakes unnoticed after confirmation of proofs, is the resposibility of the customer (yourself).
- Any changes you require to be made after production of the stationery has commenced may incur additional charges.
- We advise you order all items of stationery at the same time, this is to reduce the risk of slight colour variations between components. Should you require additional items at a later date, we will do our best to match these and will inform you should a problem arise.
- All stationery is handcrafted and may differ slightly from item to item.
- Most items in our stationery range have small components used on them, these are quite delicate and could become loose, for this reason we recommend all stationery is kept our of reach of small children.
- Colour representation of stationery on our website may differ slightly to the actual product; we recommend you order a sample before placing an order.
- Prices are subject to change. You will be charged the price which is current at the time of placing your order.
- We (Confetti Shower) will not exchange or refund on goods unless that are found to be faulty.
- Postage and Packing will be a maximum of £10.00 per order; this can be delivered to any address of your choice and will require signatory approval.
