We advise invitations are sent out a minimum of 8 weeks prior to your wedding and possibly as many as 12 weeks prior, if your big day is during the summer. The more notice you can give your guests, the better!
Save-the-Day/date cards can be sent out as soon as your have your date set, this will give your guests even more notice of your big day.
Below is a guide to help you estimate the amount of each item you may wish to order.
- Save-the-Day - allow one per couple/family/household. These can be sent out as soon as you have set the date for your wedding.
- Wedding/Evening Invitations - you will not need to order an invitation for each guest, allow one per couple/family/household.
- Order of Service - allow one for each guest.
- Reply Cards - allow one for each invitation you send out.
- Thank-you Cards - allow one per couple/family/household.
- Menus - allow one or two per table (dependant on size).
- Place Cards - allow one for each guest.
